Terms for using Calio.
These Terms govern your use of the Calio website, mobile app, and related services. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by your local law.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity that happens under it.
3. No medical advice
Calio provides wellness and nutrition tracking tools and informational suggestions. Calio is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
4. AI features
AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You remain responsible for how you use any AI-generated output.
5. Payments, subscriptions, and refunds
Web purchases: web purchases are not available. Subscriptions can only be purchased in the mobile app.
Mobile purchases: Apple App Store and Google Play handle billing and refunds under their own policies.

6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with security, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
7. Intellectual property
The service and associated content are owned by VEYWELL and Calio, excluding data that you submit yourself.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calio and VEYWELL are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
