How refunds work for Calio+.
1. In-app purchases only
Subscriptions can be purchased only in the mobile app. Web purchases are not available.
2. Refund window
For purchases made via Google Play or the App Store, refunds follow the refund policies of the store where you purchased. Where applicable, you may be able to request a refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase.
3. How to request a refund
- Submit the refund request through the store where you purchased your subscription.
- Keep your receipt or order reference available to help the store locate your purchase.

4. Cancellations
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals.
5. Store policies
Apple App Store and Google Play handle billing, cancellations, and refunds according to their own policies.
