This public page explains how to request deletion of specific Calio data without deleting your entire Calio account. It is provided to support Google Play data deletion requirements for Calio by Veywell.
What to include
- Your account email
- The type of data you want deleted
- A date range or short description, if possible
Examples of data that may be deleted
- Meal logs
- Weight and progress logs
- AI chat and history
- Reminders
- Preferences
- User-entered health notes, if applicable
Data that may not be deleted immediately
Some records may be retained or only removed after a limited retention period where needed for legal, security, or operational reasons.

- Billing and transaction records
- Required business records
Processing timeline
Data deletion requests are generally processed within 30 days after the request details are confirmed.
