Calio Data Deletion Request (Veywell)
This page explains how to delete specific data in the Calio app by Veywell without deleting your account, in line with Google Play data deletion URL requirements.
Delete data in the app
You can remove specific data directly in Calio while keeping your account active:
- Weight entries: Tracking screens → delete the entry.
- Meal logs: Tracking screens → delete the entry.
- AI chat history: AI Chat → Clear history.
These in-app deletions apply immediately in Calio and do not delete your account.
Alternative request by email
If you cannot delete the data in-app, email Veywell support with the subject line “Calio Data Deletion Request” and include:
- The email address used for your Calio account.
- The specific data types you want deleted.
Data types you can delete
Examples of data that can be deleted upon request:
- Weight logs and measurements.
- Meal logs and nutrition tracking.
- AI chat history.
- Reminders and notification settings.
- Personal preferences inside Calio.
Data retained
Veywell may retain certain data required for security, fraud prevention, compliance, or billing. Examples include:
- Security and audit logs.
- Billing records and receipts (if applicable).
Processing and retention timeframes
- Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
- Backups may be retained for up to 90 days before final removal.
