Request in the app
If you can access Calio, please use the in-app flow for the fastest request path:
- Open the Calio app.
- Go to Settings.
- Open Account.
- Choose Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps.
This public page explains how to request deletion of your Calio account and the personal data associated with it. It is intended for any Calio user who needs an account deletion option outside the app.

If you cannot access the app, send your request to Veywell support and include the email address used for your Calio account.
Email support@veywell.comSome information may be retained where necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, billing and receipts, tax and accounting, or abuse prevention.
Some backup copies may also persist for a limited period before deletion.
Account deletion requests are generally processed within 30 days after we verify the request and the account details provided.
