Account Deletion Request
Calio by Veywell
This page explains how to request deletion of your Calio account and associated data.
The recommended method is the in-app deletion flow. If you cannot access the app, you can email support.
Primary method (recommended):
- Open the Calio app.
- Go to Settings → Delete account.
- Follow the on-screen confirmation steps to submit your deletion request.
Alternative method (email)
If you cannot access the app, email us at
support@veywell.com
with the subject “Calio Account Deletion Request.” Include the following information:
- Account email address
- User ID (if visible in the app)
- Confirmation phrase: “I request deletion of my Calio account”
What data is deleted
- Account profile (email/UID)
- Onboarding answers, goals, and preferences
- Weight/height entries
- Meal logs, habit logs, and reminder settings
What data may be retained
- Transaction/subscription receipts and billing records (if applicable) for compliance and accounting
- Security logs for fraud prevention and legal obligations
Backups may retain data for a limited time and are purged within 90 days.
Processing timeframe
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Backup data is deleted within 90 days.
Delete specific data without deleting account
Not available.
