Account Deletion Request

This page explains how to request deletion of your Calio account and associated data. The recommended method is the in-app deletion flow. If you cannot access the app, you can email support.

Primary method (recommended):
  1. Open the Calio app.
  2. Go to Settings → Delete account.
  3. Follow the on-screen confirmation steps to submit your deletion request.

Alternative method (email)

If you cannot access the app, email us at support@veywell.com with the subject “Calio Account Deletion Request.” Include the following information:

What data is deleted

What data may be retained

Backups may retain data for a limited time and are purged within 90 days.

Processing timeframe

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Backup data is deleted within 90 days.

Delete specific data without deleting account

Not available.
